Catalyst Announces Strategic Investment in Omni Oil Technologies based in the UAE
Dubai - Catalyst Private Equity recently announced its strategic investment in Omni Oil Technologies, the only Arab region down hole drilling tool design and manufacturing company. Omni’s primary operations are in the UAE with additional operations and offices in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Malaysia. Omni is expanding regionally and internationally with its proprietary products. Omni’s drilling tools have gained the trust and acknowledgement of major oil companies in the region such as Saudi Aramco, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, and Shell managed Petroleum Development Company in Oman, among other leading oil companies. Each member of Omni’s management team has over 20 years experience with leading oil/gas industry companies such as Schlumberger.
